This is in used working condition. There is some old writing residue on the top and a piece of scotch tape. The hinges are a little loose. There are a couple spots in the wicker that have damage and down around the bottom there is some fraying and other damage as you can see in the pictures. on the inside on one of the sides it is damaged as well as you can see pictured. this is not perfect but it is a nice little basket that will work if taken care of.
