This beautiful basket has a lovely rich brown patin that shows its age. This basket is made in a rustic folk style, is original and handmade. These types of baskets simply cannot be reproduced for sale in home decor stores!

It has a long sturdy handle and is lightweight, making it really versatile.The basket is tightly woven, sturdy and in good condition. It is a large basket at 17″ long and 16″ high. The interior basket depth is approximately 8″ high.

The basket is in great overall condition, please note there are a few areas of wear to the wicker on the top rim. I believe these flaws were in fact a part of the bending/weaving process and are not from damage. Please review all photos.
