Antique Victorian Wicker Basket Footed Fruit Bowl 12”

This elevated fruit basket from the Victorian age is so gorgeous. It is made with wicker woven between wood twig supports embellished with woven braids of reeds or grasses. A true piece of art not often seen these days. The base is a wooden disc that is attached with the wicker reeds. It measures 12” across the top and 6.5” across the bottom. It stands 5.5” In fabulous shape for its age with just a couple breaks in the woven pattern. See pictures.
